DVR Career Pathways Advancement Initiative

Do you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to find or keep a job? Are you interested in advancing your career in information/digital technology, healthcare, construction, or manufacturing?

The DVR Career Pathways Advancement Initiative can help you:

  • Find a better career
  • Increase your paycheck
  • Go back to school
  • Receive more training

DVR also offers participants individualized support services such as:

  • Career Counseling
  • Work Incentive Benefits Counseling
  • Internships
  • Financial Literacy Training

If you are an individual with a disability and you would like to enroll in the DVR Career Pathways Advancement Initiative, the first step is to apply for DVR services. For those currently receiving DVR services, speak with your DVR counselor to learn more.
