Transferable Skills Workshop

You have a toolbox, and you take it with you to every new job. In that box are your transferable skills, and your skillset includes both technical skills and "good employee/great team player" skills. Those skills were developed in school, in your home life, through hobbies, and at previous jobs. Let's make an inventory! Job seekers also need to assess the level of expertise for each skill – and analyze the job posting to figure out which tools and skills will be valuable to that employer for that position.
