The claims handling performance report is published quarterly for major insurers of Wisconsin Worker's Compensation claims. Select Summary Level - Claim Handling Performance Indicator Reports to view quarterly, year to date and three year performance indicator data; this site is available to the public. Select Detail Level – Insurer Portal – Performance Reports to view quarterly detail data on the Insurer Portal – Performance Reports for the various performance indicators; this site is secured and requires a MyWisconsin ID and password.

Surcharge Report

The Surcharge Report is published annually for insurers and self-insurers of Wisconsin Worker's Compensation claims. Each company's detail listings are available in the Insurer Portal – Performance Reports.

How to Get Access to the Insurer Portal Using MyWisconsin ID

The Insurer Portal is a secure site utilizing MyWisconsin ID, a platform securely connecting state employees, partners, and customers to the applications in a single sign-on format. These accounts are based on email addresses and a combination of password and another authentication type chosen during setup. More information on MyWisconsin ID is available in the FAQs.

This instruction document provides detailed information on creating your MyWisconsin ID, requesting access to your company’s claims within the Insurer Portal, and activating your access.
